WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The delivery times depend on the type of delivery:

WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?
To the work or home address you specify, though never to a post office box. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the postal / zip code, city and state are correct.
WHAT MESSAGES WILL I RECEIVE REGARDING THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After you have placed the order, you will get an e-mail confirming each order registered with us.
You will also receive a delivery confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse for the destination you have specified.
Return & Exchange Policy
All returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email. Please note that products marked as FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can return your item by requesting to do so through the ¨CONTACT US¨ page. Simply fill out the online form and submit it to our customer service line. Be sure to include the order confirmation number included in your shipment email.
You can leave your package in a mailing drop-off location or you can arrange a pick-up with the courier.
The return fee is $5.95 and will be deducted from your refund.

Items purchased from our site, are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Unfortunately, it won´t be possible to return at our pop up store, any online products bought through our website.

For hygiene reasons, non-medical masks, swimwear, tights, earrings, and hair accessories may not be returned or exchanged.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND AMOUNT?
Once the refund is approved, you will receive the amount via the same payment method used to make your purchase.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND AMOUNT?
Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
You have 30 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase for FREE.
You can exchange your item’s sizes or coloUrs. If you prefer to exchange it for a different item you would be required to return it and make a new purchase.
You have 14 days from the exchange request to return your merchandise. If this period has passed and we have not received the original items, the exchange will not be honoured.
